Refund policy
Every item we make is made-to-order, just for you! Because of this, and the personalized nature of the items we sell, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, your happiness means everything to us. We know things can happen and we will gladly do our best to make it right in the following situations:
- If we get it wrong. (spelling, wrong number, size, color, style and/or details that do not match your order form).
- Defective / damaged items upon arrival.
If your order falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue(s), and a description of the problem you are experiencing with the order.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect information, size or color chosen & submitted by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Items returned without prior approval.
Since each piece is individual & handmade to order, there may be slight variations in placement, stitching, color or fabric. These variations are part of what makes every item unique and are not considered defects.
